Flippin' adv typo (Swinging TP)

Swinging's Flippin' adv has an odd description which I believe to be a typo. It says,

Enhancement:

+2.7% Dodge Chance to self 1 sec
+21% Avoidance to self 1 sec

The dodge chance is alright, but the avoidance only gives like 2.6%. I assume the description meant +21 Avoidance rating, rather than percent?

Rating is the old scaling, Lightning Reflexes used to use it til the chance got a flat percentage, so if you try to add Rating to a high % DR gonna hit it hard, for example, old LR with Elusive monk adv used to only give me ~2% increase in dodge chance, now with new LR it's ~6%. \o/
