Can anyone explain why I am getting a double image all of a sudden after the last patch?

I would post an image here but apparently the attach image selection does not work here either.
I basically see 2 of everything

    Ok answering my own question though it marks me as a complete and utter newb.
    I finally updated my Windows 8.1 to 10...and did not update my drivers.
    *Hides head in shame*
