Characters in Vibora Bay are stuck in an Endless Server not Responding

After the yesterday patch I have some horrible issues playing some of my characters, which seems to be tied with Vibora Bay
To be more specific, my characters who are in Vibora Bay are stuck in an endless SNR and CHAT IS OFFLINE, making those pretty much unplayable
character who are in different zones have no such problem, but when I alt everything goes downhill
pretty upseting, i have characters to retcon and do dailies with and right now they are unplayable

POWERFRAME REVAMPS, NEW POWERS and BUG FIXES > Recycled Content and Events and even costumes at this point Introvert guy who use CO to make his characters playable and get experimental with Viable FF Theme builds! Running out of Unique FF builds due to the lack of updates and synergies! Playing since 1 February 2011 128 + Characters (21 ATs, 107 FFs) ALTitis for Life!
