Looks okay overall.

I'd prob go w/ STR/Dex/Con as the SS setup, if this build is to be focused more on dps. Would prob also use Shadow Embrace as the AoE over OPStrike w/ adv- as the latter is a scattering KB w/ limited range. Could also use DU w/ adv or Burning Chi Fist.

I'd also take Shadow Blast over ERuin for a Fear + Ranged attack - ERuin w/ advs is alright, but is gonna be rather costly for this build.

Make It Count in Guardian also isn't really worthwhile for any build, imo- ya lack a Blast here, and even if ya did the dmg bonus is in the early/passive layer. Ya could take Warden + Elusive instead for a more defensive focus (most things hitting you as a non-tank will be AoEs). I also would prob get Focused Strike, Offensive Expertise, or Mass Destruction instead of Initiative in Vind.

nah, ERuin is not a blast- just a ranged single-target attack.
