[Lag Spike] Devana Hawke's Gas Arrow is getting duplicated per player

Devana Hawke's Gas Arrow has the anomaly that it summons a Gas Arrow cloud for EVERY individual target it hits, this cause incredibly Lag Spikes and non-stop Crowd Controls spams along with debuffs stacking to 3-4 times

The issue is quite noticable when a lot of players stand together or even when there are a bunch of pets

Not sure if the same effect apllies for other Enemy NPCs (like Archery Nemesis)​​

    Yeah, there is such thing. Many NPC powers may be bugged in weirdest ways. But playable powers are bugged too & trust me - many of them waiting to be debugged for sooo long time :s
