Legacy Crafter travel powers?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but what's with the travel powers that require you to be a legacy crafter? How do I unlock these? How do I become a legacy crafter?

    Short version: they're unobtainable.

    One aspect of the game before there was a massive revamp was the ability to create crafting powers by collecting stuff. From what I've heard many of the other things that could be crafted were kinda lame, but the travel powers were unique to that.

    Versions of them are available in the Q-Store, but those unlock travel powers. The crafted ones were devices.
    It's worth noting, that each rank of the device had to be crafted in sequence. They make any of the current grinds in game look like fun.
