Phoenix DPS build

I have the urge to make a massive DPS build while still sticking to a theme and I haven't tried a fire toon yet. This probably isn't that much different than a fire DPS build here I've seen a couple of months ago. The theme is for magical fire instead of meta or tech based fire, although that might make no difference in the build. The empty power slot at level 20 is supposed to be Absorb Heat at rank 3. Rebirth is a must for the theme due to rising from the ashes and stuff. Can Immolation work with the adv to deal damage around me? I've used Ego Surge on so many toons by now including those I didn't post a thread for. With rank 3 in both travel powers for maximum speed, I was left with only one adv point left. Is there a better use for it than Accelerated Metabolism although I seem to be fine on energy?

I used the GCR heirloom gear for testing. Perhaps I'll need to gear for CON for survivability? I don't know how good of a live battle test the Battle Station is. I would hope I wouldn't get caught in the middle of a bunch of mobs. I also didn't take the advs for slowing down mobs because many of them probably don't move that much and rank 3 would mean more damage instead. I think I'm getting the hang of DPS builds, but there might be room for improvements.

Ego Surge w/ NM is the optimal AO pick, ofc, though Immolation is alright if ya wanna stick to the theme of it. The one floater adv point doesn't really have much use. Ya could get one of the 1-pt advs on Throw Fire.. I guess. Or maybe just not spend it to save some potential retraining fees down the line?

I'd prob get Force of Will over Aggression in Ego PSS, since it gives a good chunk of Defense that scales better than the 20% extra offense from items only. May want Trail Blazer for Firesnake too.

The build seems alright overall. gearing Con is a bit up to taste for non-tanks, and/or depending on the content ya do.
