Can't see any chat.

I've recently uninstalled and reinstalled. Since then, I no longer see any chat from players who are NOT on my friends list in any channel. People are thinking I am ignoring them but I simply can not see their chat.

Is there a setting or something that might have gotten buggered up? I need to fix this asap. Any ideas appreciated.

I got a response from my ticket and the issue is resolved. Thanks Ashynt!

Here's the fix:

Please try to have these typed in-game in your chat box: /whitelist_chat 0 and /whitelist_Tells 0
After this relog from the game and them have your chat box checked.
