Which is better for healing engines/scoop, a medic drone or a biosteel regen ray? I know that ideally you would want both, but there's no guarantee one will have space for both.

    Medic Drone got nerf to the ground in one of the recent new update, but I forgot to test it to see if it still "effective" during my last SC run.

    Medic drone is still good - as far as I can tell, the "nerf" was just a weird tooltip change.

    Kais said the change was actually a matter of adjusting the tooltip to better reflect what it actually did.

    The range radius has significantly decrease and the heal per pulse was decrease. I notice this before and after I use the medic drone during a cosmic run both times.

    Why on Earth would you use it during a cosmic fight?

    Some people like to use vehicles for fights that others think are suicide. I mean... I saw them in every single nightmare colossus fight...

    Yes, but in my experience Qawsada is pretty smart.

    To answer the first question, because it allows you the ability to snipe. Dip in to do damage from 100 feet, then when the bubble appears, pull back fast. Also, the medic drones are a pretty nice AOE heal. So, you can be a DPS/Healer/Sniper in a vehicle. Also, maybe your vehicle does more damage than your character does.
