Disclaimer: I know this power suggestion is rather silly, a touch goofy and makes almost no sense from a balance or game play point of view, but it would still a fun addition to the game as a whole.
Power Name: Copycat
What do: Lets you use the last power you where hit by and survived at 50/75/100% of the strength based on rank with a 30 second cool down and 100 energy cost.
Mechanics: When you get the power it will be in state 1 if you use the power while in it is state 1 your character will make a meow sound and nothing will happen. When you are hit by an attack that does not kill you, the power enters state 2, while in state 2 activating the power will unleash an exact copy of the last attack that you were hit by without dying, with a -50/-25/0% damage reduction based on the rank of the power. State 2 lasts for 15 seconds or until you die, whichever comes first.
Why: It would be fun to turn a bosses attacks against them once in a while, would it not? and it couldn't be used on the insta kill things due to having to surrive the hit to trigger state 2.

Jokes aside, it's not a terrible idea so long as it only works on player powers.

Either way, the point still stands. NPC-only powers are NPC-only for a reason. They are not appropriate for player use.
