Making a Telekineteic... without TK

I wanted to have a character that more of a feel of a Tk user than what exists in the mental set. I've done that build before and while it's nice, it does not have the visual feel of tossing things around that I am looking for. So I turned to the earth set to come up with a character that has that sort of appeal.

I'd like the character to be able to play in the higher end contents and raids. Put out some decent DPS while being semi survivable. Most of all, I want the character to look like they are tossing around things for their power. (Note: I've tried the actual TK power, unless I'm doing something wrong... it's just... eww?)

Please give me some thoughts as to what you might change, or if it's good how it is.

    As a (mostly) Ranged Earth build, it looks alright as is. Def get Expertise in Int PSS, though- can give up Prep or Tactician for it. Keep in mind that BCR is going to lower ur dmg while its up, and ya prob will be depending on it for MSA. The build is a bit heavy on the defensive/survival tools for a dps, but I guess that's up to taste.

    I would drop one of your three active defenses, while in theory you can rotate all three in practice you usually wind up losing significant uptime because of the shared cd. I would also drop protection field, it tends to be somewhat underwhelming on non-support builds nowadays. BCR isn't a very good MSA proc, you might want to replace it with Conviction. Alternately, you can use some other power such as Force Geyser.
