The suggestion is simple: Make it so that the person targeted by a Frost Tomb doesn't die if their tomb isn't killed. Instead, give them a debuff that cuts damage, healing, energy equilibrium, and energy generation by 50%, lasting for... let's say three minutes. Further, make this debuff persist through death.
The reasoning is more complicated, but essentially boils down to: For a DPS in this fight, death is a slap on the wrist - you can recover and get back into the fight almost immediately. Nevermind that it heals Kigatilik far more than you can personally damage him; there's nothing obvious to tie that result back into "you stood in the wrong place and are preventing the raid from making progress". A debuff like the one outlined above, however, much like Teleiosaurus suddenly turning and attacking you, is a very immediate and obvious "you messed up" signal.
