Let me play silver characters when I am gold

I recently bought a lifetime subscription and discovered that characters that I made while unsubscribed are inaccessible. It makes little sense for a paying player to lose privileges. I think this is an obvious issue that should be rectified.

    Uhm... you should still be able to play those characters.. you just need to convert them to Gold status. You should be able to retrain them as Freeforms or keep them as Archetypes.

    Well the reply I received from support told me otherwise; I'm relieved if that is true regardless.
    Edit: Well that was very simple, I am a fool. I assumed the zen icon meant I would have to pay for it but that is not so. I do find it amusing that support didn't know this either though. Thank you for enlightening me riverocean.

    Support? Useful? In all my days of playing this game, they have never been useful or knowledgeable. The devs are better at helping you than the support is.
