Dynamic lighting on lightning arc power.

I turned on the dynamic lighting coz I wanna see the full visual effects of powers.
It works on fire strike, healing powers etc.
I noticed the dynamic lighting thingy doesn't always work/show when I'm using lighting arc even if the dynamic lighting option is on.
I wanna get that fixed coz lighting arc without flashing lights doesn't really look flattering.
