Maintained TK Blades AoE Idea

Hi, posting this for a friend, who came up with this idea for a power for the Telekinetic Blades.
Base attack; Ego Blade Cyclone: Mantained AoE attack with 10 ft range that deals Ego damage to foes in a sphere. Has 15% chance to grant a stack of Ego Leech per period.
2pt advantage: Weak Spots: Ego Blade Cyclone will apply a damage resistance debuff to foes hit by the power, reducing their ego damage resistance by 5%, stackable up 3 times.
2pt advantage: Kinetick Whirlwind; Ego Blade Cyclone will apply a damage resistance buff to you by 5% up to 3 stacks while you maintain the power as well increasing your movement speed by 10%.
He hasn't thought of the name yet for the power itself, but another thing he wanted me to note is that it functions like Sword Cyclone but with the base applications of Ego Blade Frenzy.
