Applies knockback and repel resistance/immunity to the target for the duration of the hold.
Similar to Containment Field, incoming AoE damage strengthens the hold and makes it more difficult to break the Paralyze.
Applies Stagger and refreshes any stacks of Stagger to hold immune targets (up to 3 stacks).
1 point advantage: As long as the hold persists Twister has a 10% chance to apply Chill (stacks up to 3 times) to the target and targets (up to 5) within a 15 foot sphere around the primary target.
