I would like to suggest that if you are in a battle against a villain that if you resurrect that the fight continue as is, with the villain having the full damage you had already given during the battle.
The way it is now, from the battle I just experienced with with Cybermind is I was the last one remaining. Every one else dropped because they died. I battled Cybermind down to about 10,000 HP and was steady with my timing but I ended up getting knocked out when he only had 4k left. I had resurrect so I did it but he was gone. Then a few seconds later he showed up with full health.
This shouldn't be. If I use resurrect the battle should continue.
