HOW TO STOP FORCE VERIFY FROM GIVING ME CORRUPT HOGG FILES?

Well Ive been figuring this out for like a few weeks now,
I log in, click play, while on the cryptic loading screen this "Hogg file error shadercache.hogg" error will pop and the game crashes.
So I heard u need to delete the Hogg file that is listed on the error, so I did, ran force verify.
But the thing is, force verify just keeps downloading a new corrupt version again of that file.
I end up deleteting the file and doing force verify over and over. And end up the same.
I can't enter the game coz of that.
Any thoughts and help would be so much appreciated coz I have no idea how to fix it.
