Since the last patch update, U-238 Rounds debuff from Mini Gun has been acting incorrectly on targets
Sometimes it only gives 2 Debuff stacks on weak Hechmen level of enemies (anything under the Boss ranks)
and sometimes it doesn't give any Debuff stack against Cosmic level Bosses, which SHOULD be 2 Stacks (tested on Lemurian Invansion Harbinger and some TA bosses)
you can also see this bug against Power house dummies as well! Normal and Regenarated
Its quite strange since the power had no such problem after Bosses got updated to have Debuff caps, but last week update somehow broke it
