Drop rate of the new Dogz Tank Top

It might just be me, but I have been trying to get this costume for days now. All of the other Dogz costume pieces dropped, but this one just doesn't. I learned that it was a Low(White) quality costume piece, so it's drop rate shouldn't be that low compared to the Rare(Blue) quality ones.

I tried switching to different toons and still nothing. Is the drop rate of this costume piece really equal to Gunblades?

    I am in the same boat as you buddy. I have been wanting to get this drop since it was released. So far I've got 5 Wild hairs, 3 Werewolf feets, 2 blade bracers, 2 baseball bat saws, 1 crowbar knife, and 1 Patched Armor shoulders. I've been farming every day now for maybe 5 hours each before boredom takes its toll and I go do something else. So yes, this will be one long farming spree to get just one costume piece.

    I haven't seen any on the AH yet but knowing it being new, I wouldn't be surprised anyone who has gotten this would sell it for a few 100 Gs.

    I've been farming as well, it doesn't appear to be one of the more common rare rares. Costume drops from mobs in Vibora are pretty rare, but some, like the trey kings chest straps, are even rarer. I farmed those for nearly a year.

    Suggestion: PUT BETTER THE DROP RATE OF THE COSTUMES IN ALL THE GAME PLS.

    A friend mine was farming it for 5 days till he got it. I got mine for 75Gs a week ago.

    It's just like the other chest bits for the other 3 VB factions. TK chest straps is impossibly rare, so is the NS puffy shirt, and the SS vest knives.​​

    New shadows Puffy shirt is hard to farm?
