Foxbat Prankster Perk doesn't give the Title Prankster anymore...

Had been farming Cred for a very specific character I wanted the Title for (because she is Mischievous), Farmed for the [Seismic Ping Pong Ball] and [Bubblegum Gun] aaaaaaaaaaaaand.... I got nothing... just perk points... no Title
1200 Cred went down to the Sink
The old wiki archieve claim that this perk does in fact unlock the perk Prankster, but currently NO TITLE
Please fix this bug, I farmed all this cred to get the Title, NOT the devices
it seems the perk wasnt updated correctly

One of my Suggestion would be to put the TITLE in the Foxbat Vendor and only people who have the perk Prankster can Acquire it

Thanks to DEVs, the Prankster perk now gives the Title "Prankster"
If you already unlocked the perk, you can claim your title from the Toy Master in rencen
However the title is currently bugged that way
:BUG: Toy Master doesn't unlock the title Prankster, the system states it does but it never appears in the Title list
Also the Item received takes Inventory space and can be obtained multiply times
