Darkness/Light build viable?

Been thinking of trying to mix the two, but wondering if it is even worth trying. Some opinions and build suggestions would be appreciated though in the interest of sticking to the concept would prefer to stick to powers within the Celestial or Darkness frame work

For single target dps, put up Fear w/ Shadow Blast and then pulse-channel Conduit until Avenger Mastery procs, using AvM on fast Shadow Blast casts. For AoE, apply Illumination's debuff and use Conduit to chain to >1 target. Can also opt to use Embrace in AoE for a larger cone, cheaper cost, Fear apply, and some AoE CC w/ the KD adv. Conduit-pulsing is kinda expensive, so I stuck w/ AoPM + Hybrid role for energy. For the last power slot I'd suggest getting Soul Vortex w/ adv or Ascension w/ adv.

I prefer using Seraphim for such a build, and being able to switch between Hybrid for DPS and Support for healing.
The Seraphim passive is really built for this, since it boosts all Dimensional damage and also boosts healing.

AoPM was taken cause heavy Conduit spam takes much energy, and also cause it just makes the build easier to use all around. Seraphim can work, sure, but AoPM also boosts dmg and healing as well.

For a normal build using an attack that's less energy-heavy, I prob would've just taken an offensive passive and the ranged dps role instead, but I prefer a dps focus. Depends on what the user wants more of.
