Explanation:
PRE as primary enables you to have high crit chance and defense, gearing almost exclusively for EGO because of MoG and FoW. Don't be fooled by the low(ish) HP of this build, (about 6-8k depending on gear) it's very sturdy for a DPS.
Your primary goal as dps is to get your 5 stacks and then throw the spear, constantly keeping TKE ticking for its buffs as well. When soloing, you can dive groups and 1shot the trash with TKE, wearing the rest down with a few strikes of your ego blades and landing a spear on mobs with the most hp.
Thanks to your high crit and defense as well as the block skill, multiple active defenses and heals, you'll rarely die to anything.
I'm sure there are better builds out there but this is very fun to play for me and I thought I'd share.

Looks interesting. I'd prob go w/ Ego PSS for builds like this normally, but Pres PSS works if ya wanna boost Conviction to help w/ survival, at the cost of some dps. Could also consider Ego Form over Shadow Form. I'd also max Ruthless, and consider getting Guardian over Warden if using the ranged TK powers more than TK blades- depending if ya want more dps from those attacks vs. more heal procs from Siphoning.
