Is there a real numbers explanation of the power adjustments?

I tried to get a few real numbers on how 2 gun mojo was adjusted but the most I could find was a rude person who claimed it was on the PTS forum and ignored after I insisted I had read the forum and not discovered any.

I would not mind a few numbers on the other powers too.
