Recognition Device Charges

Currently, all Devices from the MCPD, PRIMUS, and UNTIL Recognition vendors have three charges, and are "Unique" items, meaning you can't have more than one in your inventory at a time. Not in your device tray, in your INVENTORY. This makes them extremely inconvenient and frustrating to utilize.

Would it, perhaps, be possible to change each device purchased to be a single-use item that is able to be stacked to high quantities? I'm not talking 10 or 20, I'm thinking more in the realm of 100, or 250, or more. That way, if you'd like to put your Recognition points towards them, you can build up a nice pile of this or that Device and make genuine use of it with relative freedom.

Or just make expensive permanent versions of them, either way works. :P

like the idea of stacking the devices, don't know about the permanent versions though since thing like that seem to have insufferably long cooldown times
