Lifetime Upgrade attempt results in suspended benefits.

First off, let me say I apologize if this is not the right place for this thread.

A few days ago, I paid for Lifetime Membership on the Subscription page and was given an "Error Updating Account" message in red, the page rerouted back to itself. I was not given a payment confirmation or Transaction ID, however the money was still taken from my account. I checked "My subscriptions" page, and found that my subscription status had been cancelled, the time I had left as a Gold Member (until March 3rd) has been wiped out, leaving me in Silver Status

Support (through live chat) has investigated the situation, and suggested that I wait 24-48 hours for my account to be updated. It is now past that time, and I am still stuck without the time I paid for as well as being without my money, my Lifetime status, or my characters!

I need help. I'm frustrated and I have no one to turn to.
