SG money Bank permissions set up

Hey all! My sg leader has checked and double checked the permissions for setting up our sg bank so that my toon who is second in command can deposit and withdraw in game money. My second in command toon still can not deposit nor withdraw money from sg bank. What should sg leader be looking for specifically and does anyone have a link to a good guide for him on how to set up the sg permissions?

    If you have looked at your SG information and set all those permissions, trying looking at the actual SG bank. You can actually limit the amount each rank can get.

    It's possible he may have permissions set but the permission is still 0G 0N 0L under the actual SG bank permission.

    Nevermind. Thank you for responding. After he has fought with it for a long time, we managed to get one of my friends to come in and fix it and explain things to us.
