Teleios Ascendant Patch and Retcon Tokens

Hey, folks. I am not able to log in today, at least not yet. Does anyone know how retcon tokens were given out?
Are they per character with an affected power, or per account if you have a character with an affected power?

I would say I have thirty characters with powers changed in this patch.

    So far it looks like they gave respec tokens to every character affected by the change.

    Edit: Except those affected by the changes to the Telepathy powerset.

    That's because telepaths just had it coming of course, for choosing to use the worst powerset in the game. Giving them a retcon token would let them choose a powerset that wasn't awful yet continuously nerfed, and we couldn't have that.

    I really can't agree with this for Ego Sprites. Changing from a ranged aoe to a PBAOE is a major alteration of how you can use it.

    er. I spam it when things run at me and block. usually they are close anyway.
    wonder if I should check which alts need redoing.. meh.​​

    The change to Ego Sprites wasn't significant enough to warrant a retcon. Ranged power is still ranged power.

    Woo! Free retcons to remove "Ugh" powers :)
    Buffing everything to stupid high levels and nerfing everything to piss poor levels yields the same results, but not the same community reactions.

    hey, don't you badmouht ugh powers. I have entire UGH builds.
    Hangus, made up entirely of DOT attacks, all but one new telepathy....oh boy was that a slow one to level​​
