Need help adapting a costume...

I have been away from CO for a very long time, and I've heard there've been some huge changes to the tailor.

Anyone have some suggestions/ideas on how (or even if) this character design of mine could be brought into CO?
The tricky bit for me is figuring how to get the skin texture (it's supposed to be icy) and the casual outfit's layered top...

    You can buy the ice material for various patches of skin in the Questionite store.

    The bottom layer of her top should be doable with Urban Anime Tube Top. Not the one that shows up under Chest Layer. The one that shows up under Chest & Arms.

    Here's as close as I could get with pieces I have access to.

    An alternate option is to use the legacy ice aura for the skin.

    Tempting, especially considering that getting the ice parts for the Q-Store will take nearly a MILLION Questionite... 6 items at 150K each is 900K...

    There is a legacy Aura for ICE. You can get it free at venders by tailors either in PH or by outdoor tailors. (As long as you did not already pick up free aura)

    Yes, I mentioned that already.

    Thought the problem is, that coats the entire character in ice, clothing included, which isn't what I had in mind.

    I guess I could fake an icy look by using metallic skin, but...

    Dammit, why's everything gotta cost so freaking much in this game?

    I actually forgot to suggest just using metal skin. In my opinion, it depends on how specific a look you're going for to how well the game pulls it off. I'll also note that in game lighting alters things compared to how they may look in the costume editor.

    Because the bean counters assigning costs are bloody idiotswho ought be fired for the sake of the game's longterm health.

    Well, I've got Hair, Head, and Eyes of Ice... now to slooowly work on the Body, Hands, Legs, and Feet (mostly by buying Zen, using that for keys, and hoping I get lucky with the Questionite Crates from lockboxes... anyone got a couple hundred spare dollars?)

    Oh, and maatmons... that costume file doesn't seem to show up on my list.

    Indeed... last I checked it's only ~300Z for 150kQ on the exchange... if you're buying Zen to get Q you may as well take the direct route, especially when it's cheaper in the long run...

    Sorry, it looks like some random characters got appended to the file name when I uploaded it. It should be Costume_maatmons_Icey_CC_Comic_Page_Blue_507714708. I hope that works now.
