Release notes for 1/28/2016

- Wings now flap when jumping. This does not include Butterfly or Insect wings.
- Added the February Subscriber Cherub Wings costume piece. This will appear on 2/1/2016 in the Gold Subscriber store.

    The Cherub wings are nice (from PTS). Please do something similar with demon wings.

    Dang. This new flapping wings feature wrecks my use of Psionic Dragon Wings on a couple toons, as I used them as a static back piece.

    More natural motion is nice and sexy, Thanks.

    I'm still trying to work out, how I get humming bird wings.
    sometimes I change costume or turn on flight while I don't have wings, then swap and they flap really fast.​​

    Chaelk, is that possibly the bug that causes all travel powers to randomly switch to the regular running animation if you get knocked?
