Making Sniper Rifle look like a bow...?

I'd really like to take the Sniper Rifle power from Munitions, while making it look like the character is shooting with a bow. XD I know there's Focused Shot from Archery, but the damage from Sniper Rifle is far superior and the Stun is essential.
The path I've been going thus far is to use doubled-bladed bracers that might seem like they could be the bow, itself, with the Imaginary Rifle skin to keep the actual rifle invisible. (Or at least, that WILL be the approach when Foxbatcon comes about again.) But so far, the bracers I've seen are just too narrow to really pull it off all that well.
I know it's a long shot, but do any costume gurus know a way to succeed at this?
