There's a decent amount of RP, yeah. As with anywhere you go to RP, you're gonna come across bad roleplayers and horndogs, but you can find good ones. :P If you go to the "CORP" chat channel, you can talk with lots of other roleplayers.

PvP is-... Well, it's alive, but unrewarding. X) People often duel each other around Defender in Millennium City, but the actual rewarded PvP system is rarely used.
