Add New Alert Bosses

How about some other villains be added into the On Alert system.

For example, why not have Ferd or Alamogordo and the Irradiates pop up to cause mischief in the alerts?

Maybe Hyena-Swine and the Manimals?

I think a new Alert to go into the general cycle of Grab/Burst would be very much appreciated by everyone, given how often these things are played.... lots of in-game villains who could make an appearance (Steel Commando, Talisman, Fallout, Leech....), would be a welcome change....
