Range DPS/Debuff, maybe PvP?

Hello,

so I am working on a new character. I want her to be range DPS with debuffs (and a heal just in case) for group content and maybe PvP. Should be to level with.

This is what I have come up with so far.

I like Gadget powers, was thinking about Night Warrior but figured, that AoPM might be better overall for holds and such. I am still not sure about super stats. In this build I tried Con PSS for the hold resist and dodge from Dex. I see lots of CC lately when I (rarely) try some PvP. Or should I even put some Pre SS for more hold/-reduction?

This would be with NW and Int PSS for the dmg pen and bonus hold strength.

I put Exp Blaster for the CripC for PvP, that could probably replaced.

I don't know if that build makes any sense, suggestions please.

Not sure how to fully cover the pvp concerns, but ya can consider adding a 2nd AD like Masterful Dodge. A reg heal like Conviction, BCR, and/or BShielding could also be good.

As far as PvE, its generally okay as is, since NW stealth + Ricochet Throw cleans up in AoE, and ya have PBR for ST dps.
