    It's available for Single and Dual Blade (not Heavy Weapons) via the Green Ruin pre-Alert drop, which can be traded if not yet Bound. Expect to pay a lot for it if you want to purchase one.

    What???? Come on guys..... do we have to buy everything? if its a free back item, why make us purchase it to use.

    Also.... single/ duel weapon? That has heavy weapon all over it.

    Yeah some things are broken... no I don't use/abuse them.. where would be the fun in that?

    Green Ruin is an item that dropped at random from certain enemies before On Alert changed how drops work. There are still some unbound in the inventories and banks of various players from back then. Those are the people you'd have to buy from, not Cryptic/PWE.
