Aspect of the elements

Been playing with an old concept again... a previous incarnation of this concept ended up as my Elemental Summoner Yuki... this time I wanted to go with a more direct route... Aspect is an incarnation of the elements, utilizing the powers of Earth, Fire, Electricity, Wind, Ice, & Water (Force)... Here's what I've got so far...

Looks pretty good for the theme, as getting a full elementalist build in CO isn't that easy. If ya want to be a bit less squishy ya can replace Int SS w/ Con SS. Ya have a bit of redundancy in AoE, but to a degree that's unavoidable if ur wanting to have attacks of all diff elemental types.

Finally able to play again after a couple months of crashing and errors... and I wanted to try and revisit this build... try and make her build more coherent...

I figure the best option might be to focus less on getting each element into her build and more on solidifying the role of each element and working out what powers could fit that role and best represent that element...

    So....

Earth: defensive... perhaps best represented with a passive like Invuln...
Ice: defensive/control... the defensive aspect can be from the same passive...
Water: Utility... force bolts w/energy refraction suits water well... perhaps adding Protection Field later on...
Electricity: Single Target DPS... LA is perfect for this still...
    Fire:
    Wind:

Fire and Wind both could fill the AoE role.... though Fire would still likely be the best option for energy management via Thermal Reverb + Flashfire...

that said... I'm not sure how to proceed with a rebuild...

Here's one, but using AoPM as it helps w/ energy and for builds w/ many diff powersets like this:

    PowerHouse (Link to this build)

    Archetype: Freeform

    Super Stats:
    Level 6: Intelligence (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Endurance (Secondary)

    Talents:
    Level 1: The Glacier
    Level 6: Healthy Mind
    Level 9: Boundless Reserves
    Level 12: Investigator
    Level 15: Acrobat
    Level 18: Coordinated
    Level 21: Accurate

    Powers:
    Level 1: Force Bolts
Level 1: Fractal Aegis (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 6: Protection Field (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 8: Aura of Primal Majesty (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Concentration
    Level 14: Thunderstrike (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Lightning Arc (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 20: Flashfire
    Level 23: Thermal Reverberation
    Level 26: Pyre (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Stone Shroud
    Level 32: Typhoon (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 38: Palliate (Absolve)

    Travel Powers:
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations:
    Intelligence: Preparation (2/2)
    Intelligence: Enlightened (3/3)
    Intelligence: Detect Vulnerability (3/3)
    Intelligence: Expertise (2/2)
    Guardian: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Guardian: Ruthless (2/2)
    Guardian: Find the Mark (2/3)
    Guardian: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Intelligence Mastery (1/1)

Its a lvl 40 retcon build, ofc.

Flashfire + TReverb for extra energy. Pyre for close-up AoE (and procing TR on full-charge). Typhoon for an alpha strike and a long-range AoE. TStrike + LArc for ST dps. Protection Field and Force Bolts for utility and 'water'. Earth's block for defense. The ultimate is mostly there for early tier reqs, although Aegis or Grav Driver would be good picks.

Not to sold on a few power choices... and honestly not a big fan of Typhoon but I'll certainly give it a shot since Hurricane gets rather dull >.<

Switched to Invuln, and opting for Force Shield w/ Force Sheath... colored red Force Shield looks like a nice fire shield (personally don't like the looks of the actual fire shield)... I'm tempted to swap Pyre for Brimstone w/adv...

I will certainly be picking up Aegis on her when she gets high enough for an Ult...

Also considering converting her into a tank build rather than the Hybrid DPS she is currently... If I make her into a tank, which powers would you suggest putting CripC/CS on? And would it be worth it to put CR on Aegis?

Well, LArc is the best option for threat using CripC, and ya can also get CS on top of that when ya naturally use TStrike to renew Negative Ions. Otherwise, it may be worth putting CS also on a non-cd AoE for trash, like Pyre or Quicksand (or Hurricane) here.

May also want to use Con PSS for the tank version of the build.

Int is nice for the cost discount and CDR here, but if ya want Ego w/ Conc or Dex w/ Chilled Form then go ahead. Assuming there's no energy issues with it, the Dex route prob would be the best dps-wise due to the innately higher crit%, but does mean somewhat longer CD timers vs. Int. Up to you, but since it may involve re-gearing I'd prob carry the build over to the PTS to test out energy and such, if ya haven't already.
