Cybernetic Costume Glow

Can someone please explain to me why every piece of the cybernetic armor can have glowing wires EXCEPT the hips piece? It completely ruins the look to have one piece without the glow.

    Because the option was left out from the hip piece.

    Yes... but *why* would they let all the other pieces have glow, and not the hip piece?

    Why does selecting the oiled material for heads enable glow? Poor QC
