I didn't even consider the Q value compared to Zen. At the 150k Q per piece price, that values the set at almost $40. That's insane.
Please make each piece at 30k-45k maximum.
On the exchange, you can sell 1 Zen for anywhere between 400 to 450 Q. Even taking the lower end of that range, to get 150,000 Q you'd sell 375 Zen, which costs $3.75.....so about 10 times less than what you quoted.
The current price is fine.
Also the $ value is fairly irrelevant as there are so many ways to earn Q, it basically doesn't matter.

Its not fine, its almost twice that of the newest costumes being added to the Q-store.

If they find out that the price is too high then they can always lower it. But if they release it with the price being too low they can't raise it.
It is fine for me. For you it's not. And for the general game population - we'll see....best way to find out is to release it and see what happens then adjust if needed.
It is worth noting that there are a lot of people with a lot of Q banked. The total set price of 900,000Q is about 2,000Z which, if converted to keys, would run you about 2,500G. That's at the high end of lockbox costume sets, most of them run closer to 1,500G, but it's not off by an order of magnitude or anything.

Its also worth noting that there is a lot of people that have not banked their Q. Nor do they have zen. You got to stop thinking that everyone is a grinder and that everyone is like you and has a lot of resources. For a newbie, being silver, 150 Q would take 19 days for them to get ONE piece. This set would take to long to get for most people.
On a different note, I notice that Ice Hairs are not in the Q-Store along with the rest of the ice mats. Is that going to be a C-store thing?

There are a lot of things in the Q store that are dubiously priced for most people; for example, I'm not sure I've ever bought a Q store travel power. Likewise, these texture packs are expensive enough that I might not choose to buy them. However, that's OK.
This set would take to long to get for most people.
Not sure if the goal with the set is to have most people get it in the first place. And even if it was they have more data than you or I on how long "most people" take to get anything.

You mean unlike what they did with C-Store Costumes? Which proves that they can in fact raise the price if they feel they need to.
You guys do understand that each ice texture only unlocks on the most basic pieces right? eg, ice head only unlocks on the basic basic humanoid head, nothing else anywhere. one skin for one piece. and im expected to shell out as much for one skin on one piece as i would spend on an entire costume set?
I think they mentioned in a previous PTS patch that they couldn't make store bought unlocks have the textures either. Its likely because unlocking sub parts makes the original piece available without having to pay for them aside from having to use the texture and not the base piece. It can be considered cheating your way around a costume set purchase.
Considering that they were able to add the ghost material to arcane tattoos body & legs without causing the set to become available to everyone. And they have fixed missing textures on other unlockable and purchasable costumes in the past without causing them to become available to everyone suddenly. So I have a very hard time believing that they can't do it.
