Best way to convert Silver Champ tokens to Resources?

I know some of the things you can purchase from the silver champion vendor can be sold on the exchange, but I don't play the exchange game so I'm not sure what items are in demand. If I am looking to get some resources, what would you suggest buying to sell from the silver champion vendor?

When I look at the AH, Heroic items typically sell for around 100 G, sometimes up to 150 G.
They cost 35 SCR, so that is around 3 G per SCR. I think that's about the best you can do.

what? You're meant to use them for something. I thought you just collected them until the resources tab exploded.​​
