    I was really excited when I heard this but it doesn't seem to be working. How do I claim it because if I just have to log onto my account it really isn't working?

    You need to open the z shop, head to the bonus tab, and then claim it from there.​​

    A great addition...nice for us Golds to get another character slot, but even nicer to see our Silver friends getting to try freeform for free.

    I'm hoping it's the contrary. Something like this could probably encourage more subscribers. I'm certainly enjoying leveling a new freeform, myself. :D

    Last year by this time they already had a double XP event http://forum.arcgames.com/championsonline/discussion/252501/double-xp-week#latest and a sale on keys http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/championsonline/#/discussion/252513/20-off-key-sale-10-pack. IIRC they usually have a zen bonus sale about now (gotta tap into that holiday money spree). I imagine they will run some other sales as well, but announcements tend to be right before they happen.​​

    I prefer 1 "retrain special" for convert 1 AT character in FF for Christmas (i'm silver).
