Early PVP Instances available for level 40 toons

When I first started to play the game I didn't know there was certain perks in the Hero Games that cannot be done once you reach a High Level, I would like there could be the chance to join in the early PVP areas as a level 40 (a different instance away from low level characters), plus there could be more stages to choose for those who are into PVP and perk collertors (like me) would be able to get those perks.

Ceiling Cat
Stand on top of the cage in the first arena (not available after level 20).

Volatile
Make use of the Volatile Container in the High-Tech Arena (not available after level 30)

Those maps are both available at level 40. They cycle out each week.
