Move Masks to Eye Accessory

This is fairly self-explanatory.

The masks would feel more appropriate in the Eye Accessory category, rather than headwear. Ones I am referring to are the:

• Plague
  
• Feather
  
• Kabuki
  
• Nephilim
  
• Gas Masks
  

This in turn could give players a little more creative freedom with their outfits (like creating proper plague doctors).

The costume creator is about to get an overhaul and the category of headwear will not exist any more so I'm afraid your suggestion is already out of date.
