Build Wanted: The Martial Artist

Long story short: I have re-watched a couple of martial arts movies, as I even went ahead to buy the "Bruce Lee Special Edition - Digital Remastered" set, and it got me into the mood of creating a martial arts based character. And then I was reminded that I already have one - Fantomask. But I wasn't generally pleased with its current build as was focused more into range... for some reason.

Anyway, so what I'm looking for is a build that fits one with martial arts and the kicking variety. She's already at max level with some decent gear as I'm not exactly that focused into doing NemCon. Regardless, any help is the most welcome!

Should have decent dodge% due to WotW and TKicks. Dragon Kick is ur big hitter for when ya can lump mobs in front of you. It can CC pretty well too- w/ stuns and knock ups.

If ya want an easy time AoE-ing, ya could use Shuriken Storm over Tides (or in addition to it), if it would fit the theme. Gearing is mostly focused on Dex and Con here.
