How to get things done

As I am sure many other players have noticed, contacting Cryptic/PWE about issues frankly does no good. We get ignored or force fed "working as intended", and of course we are all well aware of the abuses by Cryptic staff in game. So in the interest of my fellow players actually getting heard and the staff finally realizing they are not the "end all be all" I am providing here the e-mail contact for PWI, that would be Perfect World International the parent company that owns Cryptic and PWE. This e-mail is for contacting directly PWI's department for complains about employees, yes that is right, there is a department to handle things when their employees commit fraud or abuse their positions. And repackaging existing content and calling it new to sell at an inflated Zen price sure sounds like fraud to me.

So if you have a problem, don't bother with Cryptic support, go straight to parent company at wubijubao@wanmei.com

To the Cryptic/PWE staff, yes I know you will take this post down to try to cover your butts, and I will put it back each time you do, we the customers have the RIGHT to be able to speak to your bosses whether you like it or not. It is no different than asking to speak to the manager when some clerk doesn't think they have to do their job right.

    So, you're actually bucking for a permaban? Because the conduct you want to complain about is de rigeur for Perfect World in all its incarnations (and for the industry at large, really).

    What abuses ingame, all I've ever seen was people getting chat banned for swearing. The players excuse being " That's what the chat filter is for."

    CS:I wouldn't know, I've had all issues and problems I had, sorted out. Even if it means giving me idiot instructions on how to check something.

    and hopefully you're not going off the facebook hate post. You know the one which says a certain GM is the reason for the low population. Nothing to do with the lack of updates, other than lockboxes and mini events, on the game for over 3 years. Everyone here asking for updates must be mistaken.
    The comment about ALL CO players are racist. I'd like the persons contact details for a Defamation of character case, including damages. In Australia, being labelled a racist is considered very bad.

    The one linked to video complaining about a GM being involved in harrassment, when the GM is offline, as shown by the complainer trying to contact them and it coming up as OFFLINE.
    And the racism is based on one PVP video comment,the person in PvP answered their straight line with the obvious response. They could have said they were a martian and got the same result.

    The complainer saying everyone is attacking them but the bottom person on the score list, has 3 deaths.

    The one complaining about an IP ban on an IP which isn't theirs, in which case, how did it affect them. So how many different ways are there, of using a different IP address than your own?

    The person claiming they were banned for calling someone fat, when they show a LIST of complaints from people about them, .

    The one about protecting certain players, I noticed the same players are the ones Messiah@KOTL kept on trying to get banned. OH and the reports were for hack programs. I caught Messiah saying he would report people for using resource hacks if he couldn't report them for racist comments.

    The comments at the front of the video about having friends in PWE, who can't help right now. Hmm, maybe because they may get fired if spotted.

    and that's what I got form one read through, I think a lawyer could find a lot ore coincidences and blatant lies than me.


    Apologies for the long rant, I am just seriously pissed off at the who couldn't even post these videos himself but got someone else to post them for him.

    Oh, there was supposed to be more to this than the supposed "repackaging" of old content and passing it off as new (which, as I said, is pretty much industry standard and has been since standardized programming languages - no point in reinventing the wheel every time you build a car)?

    Yeah, dude, innuendo is a really poor way to try to get your point across. Especially if you're doing it in communications with a company whose primary language is not your own. (Leaving aside the plain absurdity of the complaints themselves...)

    Don't worry about it Guy, just a couple fanboys brown nosing is all. The post is to make sure other players know that there are people above Cryptic and the CO staff that we can contact.

    And no Jon and Chaelk, I didn't even bother reading your posts as I already know it will be something to deny things that actually do happen, and of course I am sure somewhere in Chaelk's mini essay they made some argument that really anything is the players fault not the Cryptic staff's.

    So asking for clarification of your bizarre ramifications and accusations when you provide no context other than you are upset about something, probably trivial and beyond the control of Cryptic, is being a "brown nose fanboi" to put it in your own words.

    There is a right way to provide feedback regarding a company and its products, and then there is the wrong way. This would be the wrong way. This topic won't accomplish what you are hoping it will accomplish.

    PWI is a videogame / mmo... PWE (perfect World entertaintment) is the North American company, that Wanmei (Perfect World Co.) founded back in 2008. So, unless you are playing the CN (Chinese) version of a PWE - game, nothing will be done, regarding your 'issues', because the e-mail you provided us with, is for the CN - customer / market.

    I'd just like to point out that we, as customers do not have "the right" to contact or be responded to by the game owner, publisher, or managers.

    We have the right to get what we paid for, subject to Term of Service. We have the right to stop playing. We have the right to stop using this discussion board.

    Doesn't help when you turn around and starting name calling the first few people who question your motivation/reasoning...(also while admitting you didn't read what they posted, you just saw names and jumped straight to insults.)

    1. Just because you have problems unsolved. Doesn't mean everyone does.
    2. Just because you know things happen, doesn't mean anyone else does.
    3. What? saying people got a temporary chat ban for swearing, when they know the GM is on and that they aren't supposed to , is saying It's always the players fault.
    4. Details of your information, at least anything which won't further your chances of a forum ban.
