Give all melee knock attacks a damage bonus on knock resistant targets like haymaker

The title says it all. This mechanic is useful but the devs never got a chance to standardize it.
Martial Arts open palm strike, heavy weapons tree and earth tree all deserve this.


PVP is starving without rewards

1. Please give us Daily PVP missions that reward Questionite.
2. Please give us an exchange rate between Acclaim and Recognition so that PVP has access to all "On Alert" PVE rewards.

    Eh, this is really only meant for knock attacks, not all 1-target melee attacks.

    How about remove knock damage bonus and fall damage from the game as its only caused issues and problems.​​

    I intended to say melee single target knock attacks but I got carried away cutting words out of the long thread title to make it fit.
    /facepalm

    Ill see if I can edit it better.

    Most knock powers do have a bonus against resistant targets, it's just doubled in the case of haymaker.

    Fixed that. Bonus does not apply to ranged knock.

    I agree with this, remove the knock bonus and fall damage from the game, would be better.

    When they changed Aggressor they only increased the dmg for melee knock powers in Might and forgot to do the same for Heavy Weapons. That increase was to make up for the nerf to balance Enrage and Aggressor stacking.

    So make Heavy Weapons back to proper damage scaling.​​

    Force cascade has it as far as I know, and with its massive cost should keep it.

    IF force cascade lost its knock immune bonus, it would need its cost scaled back to gigabolt level.
    Ebon Rift w/adv. Also has it... and a pretty damn strong version of it...

    Fall damage yes. Fall damage is way OP.
    The reason knocks have bonus damage vs knock immune targets is because they take no fall damage from being knocked. This is why if you remove fall damage, you should remove the knock bonus.
