Game Crashes to Desktop - some missing texture. Cannot play!

Greets.
This is the second time this is happened to my main char.
First time: I teleported to my hideout -> Crash to Desktop (CTD). Some missing "voodoo" wtex file. I reported this several times with the Cryptic Crash Reporter that pops up. Force verified all the files MANY MANY MANY times - didn't find any corruption. I even manually emptied out all texture cache folders, no luck.
Several days passed. No fix. I then logged in my alt, and changed the default Hideout. I could then login with my main, so phew!
Day before yesterday, I used the Aircraft in Millennium City to zone to Monster Isle, and BAM! CTD.
Here is the error:
Again, some desert texture file. I have (again) reported this via the error reporter, cleaned out the caches, force verified many many MANY times, nothing is ever found missing or corrupted.
Now my main is stuck in Monster Isle and whenever I log him in -> CTD.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
