Please give everyone a token for participating in the ghost ship event, nobody wants purely dps based rewards.

It is already limited by being blocked off to everyone who has not completed the VBA missions, at least make it worthwhile for all those who do actually have access to Vibora Bay.

Meh, It's probably not too big a deal. It's a cool little add-on to Bloodmoon but its nothing on the scale of the Anniversary Battle.
