It's likely an issue either with your own ISP or with an ISP between you and Cryptic's servers.

yes and in STO. Someone in STO said they have something in the works to help with stability, due to hit on the 13th. I asked when anyone in CO was going to get told.

if someone could hunt their forums or news.​​

I've been getting frequent SNRs the past several days as well. I pretend that my hero has suddenly discovered how to stop time.
