Watch out before you make your Onslaught purchases because the UI is apparently bugged, and Cryptic may refuse to resolve your issue by claiming its in your error.
So apparently I purchased a piece of gear and it gave me the wrong one. I reported this and apparently this cannot be resolved because I confirmed the purchase? But I didn't confirm that purchase and instead it gave me the wrong piece!
Can a dev or community rep please fix this since a GM does not have the ability or sense to resolve the issue themselves?
Talked to Trailturtle on the issue who told me to post on the forums so I can get a hold of a higher up since PMs don't work on the forums anymore. I made a screencap of me having both the item I wanted and the item I was given to in error. Waiting for a Dev or someone from Cryptic staff to help resolve this.
