Onslaught Gear Purchase Bug - Cannot be Resolved?

Watch out before you make your Onslaught purchases because the UI is apparently bugged, and Cryptic may refuse to resolve your issue by claiming its in your error.



So apparently I purchased a piece of gear and it gave me the wrong one. I reported this and apparently this cannot be resolved because I confirmed the purchase? But I didn't confirm that purchase and instead it gave me the wrong piece!

Can a dev or community rep please fix this since a GM does not have the ability or sense to resolve the issue themselves?

Talked to Trailturtle on the issue who told me to post on the forums so I can get a hold of a higher up since PMs don't work on the forums anymore. I made a screencap of me having both the item I wanted and the item I was given to in error. Waiting for a Dev or someone from Cryptic staff to help resolve this.

You will have a long wait, as they will NEVER fix it for you. Don't bother sending issues to Cryptic/PWE, they do nothing, contact the parent company in China at wubijubao@wanmei.com . Only when they have to deal with people waaaay over their heads do they ever actually do anything.

This is a very unfortunate situation because sadly unless this is happening a lot and a bunch of people are complaining about it, it is very hard to figure out just who exactly is responsible for making this mistake. It is very possible for someone to buy the wrong piece of gear unintentionally, are all of these people entitled to a refund for their own carelessness? If not, you must prove it was the game itself that caused this...and that I would guess is going to be very difficult.
