Returning player looking for help!

hi all, im a returning player =P. I logged today to found that i can get a free retcon.
so im wondering if there has been any kind of change to the skills?
maybe i have to do some changes to my single sword toon =P.

    There's been a number of changes w/ regards to new powers being added lately. But it also depends when ya last played. If before On Alert, then many, many things have changed and its tough to pinpoint anything in particular to point out.

    I guess one thing to go on: ya mentioned a single blade toon. Is that a Freeform SB build or The Blade archetype?

    im a freeform.
    the last time i played was in january of this year , but just to see if there was something new. I want to know if the free retcon is for something they have changed in the last months maybe.

    If just from last Jan, then not too much has changed in terms of powers (though my memory sucks, so take that w/ a grain of salt). A few bug fixes here and there (mostly w/ regards to TP reverb and Targeting Computer), and otherwise some new power additions (mostly new ultimates that are unlocks). The only other major power-related diff, afaik, is that CDR has been nerfed heavily now- giving roughly half the net benefit than it has before; so before ya could get CDR down to ~60-65% CDR total at best, but now that is gonna be more like 25-30% total.

    I see , so the free retcon is just a free gift and nothing else?
    im sorry but what does , cdr mean ?

    CDR = cooldown reduction

    And I'm not sure where the free retcon would be from, but yeah just take that as a gift for coming back :x

    i think i will post my build one of these days , maybe i can get some advice from someone on how to improve it.
